About Solido Capital
Tailored and flexible debt and equity solutions for quality residential & mixed use projects being delivered by proven property developer clients
We provide registered first mortgage funding for property development purposes from site acquisition, to construction finance and residual stock financing.
We are led by highly experienced property development executives and as such we are able to better assess risks and returns to provide funding on loans with Loan to Value Ratios and Covenants that are reflective of the specific project’s risk profile.
We are primarily a first mortgage lender although we will co-invest with developer lenders, if equity is required and the risk assessment warrants.
The focus of our lending strategy is Australian East Coast capital city projects with the facility at a scale of between $5 - $20 million.
Solido Capital is not a mortgage broker, it is the ultimate lender to developers utilising its own funds.
